How do I order my supplements?
1. Click here to open Xymogen.com in a new window.
2. In the upper righthand corner, click on ‘Xymogen eStore.’
3. Click on “Patients” under “New User” in the middle of the page.
4. Click “No, my doctor has provided me with a code to create new account.” In “Code” section, enter “Seaside” and in the “Practitioner Last Name” box, enter “Yazdani”. These are NOT case sensitive.
5. Upon clicking the “Submit” button, you will be prompted to enter your email address and then create password of your choosing. Click “Create Account” button and you will then be prompted to enter shipping information. Continue with this process until you are forwarded to the store.
6. Once at the store site, feel free to search for an ingredient, or search for the products that the doctor has suggested you begin taking. When finished, you can click "Checkout" and you will then be asked for billing information. The site is extremely secure to ensure safety and protection.
Every subsequent time you need to log on, simply visit Xymogen.com and click on “eStore”. Under “Current Users” enter your username (your email) and your password to be directed to the store.
