Nasimeh Yazdani, MD

As the founder of Seaside Medical Practice, Dr. Nasimeh Yazdani understands that excellence in medical care is just the beginning. In order to provide care that is unique, and distinctly different from the status quo, Dr. Yazdani’s approach to patient care goes far beyond lab results and clinical examinations. In addition to providing the best in evidence-based medicine, her standard of care focuses on the elements of compassion, comfort and trust with her patients – elements that she values for her own medical care. Jacqueline Stean

Jacqueline Stean is the newest member to the Seaside Team. Stean has an Associate’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, and is pursuing a career in Nursing. She has held numerous roles in the the healthcare setting, establishing herself as a true leader eager to take on any challenge. Aside from her many accomplishments, she has a kind, gentle demeanor, qualities sought after in excellent patient care.

Madi Yazdani

After completing his studies in the agricultural field in Mashhad, a northeastern province of Iran, Madi went on to work in his family’s pharmacy where his interest in medicine first piqued. He learned the ins and outs of running a business within the context of pharmaceuticals. In 2007, when he got married, he immigrated to the US with the dream of one day running his own company. After a 2 year stint working in a popular Persian restaurant, Shahrzad, he joined Seaside Medical Practice as a medical assistant. A quick learner, Madi astutely embellished his business skills and steadily moved up the ranks. Now as VP of Operations, he brings his attention to detail and exceptional kindness to each day of work. Madi believes in exemplifying the company’s mission to provide our patients with utmost care through a compassionate approach from the moment they enter our office to the time they leave.

Madi, his wife, and toddler son live in the Silver Triangle of Venice and they spend quality time traveling, taking strolls on the beach, and enjoying Madi’s great cooking.

Lauren Tancredi, MBA

Lauren Tancredi is an Operational Consultant who has been working in the private pay sector of medicine since 2008. She is a skilled professional whose specialties lie in strong communicative abilities, exceptional organizational and team building skills and enhancing company growth and market position. Lauren is well-versed in project management, sales and marketing coordination, brand development, document creation, event planning and quality assurance.

A graduate of the University of South Florida, Lauren Tancredi earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a minor in Spanish. She continued her studies at the University of Phoenix where she received her Masters of Business Administration. She is passionate about empowering patients and physicians alike through the creation of a remarkable patient experience that provides a platform to deliver optimal care.
